e-man has had the opportunity to help ABB Power Products to develop an efficient application support organization. The purpose of the organization is to support and maintain the new Business System for ABB Power Products. e-man is helping ABB Power Products with Project Management, Application Support Management, and Implementation of ITIL based processes. ABB Power Products has also selected e-man case management tool, with a solid track record of providing a higher efficiency and speeding up internal process for Projects and procedures internally.
